• All services are billed monthly in advance for retainer packages or upon completion for hourly services.

• We accept payments via credit card, check, and bank transfer and Zelle.

• Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for retainer packages or immediately after the completion of hourly tasks.

Payment Terms

• Minimum Booking For Projects Only: 3 hour per task

• Overtime Rate: $60/hour (for any tasks exceeding initial estimated hours in a month)

• Rush Projects: An additional 25% surcharge for same-day or next-day service requests.
